Sizes S [M, L] Directions are for size S with other sizes following in brackets. When only one number is given it applies to all sizes. When two numbers are given, the first applies to size S, and the second applies to both M and L. This is a top down pattern.

Materials

2 skeins of Louet Gems Pearl [100% machine washable merino wool; 185 yards per 50 gram skein] (shown in Shamrock) OR similar fingering weight sock yarn.

Size S/M only - Circular or double pointed needles size US 1.5 / 2.5mm OR size needed to obtain gauge

Size L only - Circular or double pointed needles size US 2 / 2.75mm OR size needed to obtain gauge

Stitch markers (optional if using double pointed needles)

Cable needle

Tapestry needle Additional yarn may be required for longer feet.

Gauge S, M: 32 stitches / 48 rows = 4 inches in stockinette. L: 30 stitches / 46 rows = 4 inches in stockinette.
