Hat Sizes: Small, Medium & Large

To fit a head of approx. 19" (21", 23")

Purse measure 7" by 8". Drawstring bag is 7" by 6"

Yarn Requirements:

Use a yarn that will give a firm gauge of 6 sts to 1". Models are knit in Cotton Classic 100% cotton from Tahki.

Yardage:

for hat: 50 (50, 50) yards of red and 100 (110, 120) yards of black. Small amt of white for eyes.

Drawstring bag: 100 yards of red and 85 yards of black.

Purse: 40 yards of red and 195 yards of black.

Needles: For hat, size 4 (3.5mm) and 5 (3.75mm) 16" (40cm) circulars and a set of size 3 (3.25mm) DPNs.

Drawstring bag: Sames needles as for hat plus a set of size 5 (3.75mm) DPNs.

Purse: size 5 (3.75mm) straight needles and a set of size 3 (3.25mm) DPNs.

Gauge: 24 sts = 4" (10cm) in stockinette stitch on size 5 needles
